Overview: We are seeking adynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementingand managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and itsproducts or services. This role requires a mix of technical skillscreativity and strategic thinking to achieve our businessgoals.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Digital MarketingCampaigns:

    • Create andmanage campaigns across various digital channels including socialmedia email SEO and PPC.
    • Analyze and optimizecampaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.

  2. ContentCreation:

    • Developengaging and relevant content for blogs social media website andother digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with thedesign team to produce visuals videos and infographics.

  3. SocialMedia Management:

    • Manage and grow the company’s social mediapresence on platforms like Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagrametc.
    • Engage with followers respond to commentsand messages and monitor social media trends.

  4. SEO andSEM:

    • Optimize websitecontent for search engines to improve organic searchrankings.
    • Conduct keyword research andimplement strategies for onpage and offpage SEO.

  5. EmailMarketing:

    • Design andexecute email marketing campaigns.
    • Analyzeemail campaign performance and suggest improvements.

  6. Analyticsand Reporting:

    • Usetools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and userbehavior.
    • Prepare monthly reports on digitalmarketing performance and suggest actionable insights.

  7. MarketResearch:

    • Stayupdated with the latest digital marketing trends and bestpractices.
    • Conduct competitor analysis toidentify new opportunities and threats.

  8. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales and product teamsto align marketing strategies with business objectives.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors asneeded.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MarketingBusiness Communications or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing preferably in asimilar role.
  • Strong understanding of digitalmarketing concepts tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such asGoogle Analytics Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager SEO tools (e.g.SEMrush Ahrefs) and email marketing platforms (e.g.MailChimp).
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Creative thinking andproblemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.

PreferredSkills:

  • Experiencewith graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe PhotoshopIllustrator).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basicweb development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software(e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
