Job Overview


We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team at 1Tap, a leading business consultancy company based in Dubai. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our services and attract clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of offline marketing strategies
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote 1Tap's services
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, both online and offline
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience and competitor analysis
  • Write engaging content for marketing materials, including website, social media, and email campaigns
  • Manage client relations, including building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
