The Lead AI/MLComputer Vision role at YO HR CONSULTANCY involves the followingkey responsibilities:
  • Designing and developingscalable AI solutions and turning business requirements intoeffective analytical questions
  • Conductingresearch and testing to develop machine learning algorithms andpredictive models
  • Solutioning Data PipelineManagement for respective UseCases
  • Testingtuning integrating packaging and monitoring solutions throughoutthe ML Cycle
  • Guiding the AI/ML Engineers ontheir daily tasks and technicalchallenges
  • Implementing postproductionactivities to monitor model decay data drift and apply retrainingapproaches
  • Tracking daily progress from asolution standpoint and identifying and mitigatingrisks
  • Delivering welltested and fullydocumented modules to serve the usecases
  • Implementing stateoftheart deep learningalgorithms and collaborating with system architects designers andengineers
  • Improving the efficiency androbustness of existing modules and prioritizing feature developmentwith Product Management
  • Implementingapplication modules as discoverable microservices hosting anddeploying ML solutions and performing codereviews
  • Promoting best practices establishingteam processes and identifying infrastructure and architecturalinvestmentneeds
CandidateQualifications
The ideal candidate for thisrole should possess:
  • 10 years of industry workexperience in computer vision object detection pattern recognitionAI automation or vision processing
  • 5 years ofrelevant experience as a CV Engineer Data Scientist MachineLearning Engineer or related role
  • Proficiencyin Python and knowledge of TensorFlow PyTorch and distributedtraining/inference with Spark
  • Experience withCUDA OpenCL OpenGL OpenCV and at least one of PyTorch TensorFlow orKeras
  • Proficiency in Python Nodejs Javascriptor Java and experience in designing and developing highly scalabledistributed ML models and opensourceprojects
  • Knowledge of text detection & OCRhuman/face detection generative models video analytics and NLPtechniques
  • Good understanding of Statisticaland ML Concepts various operating systems and databases andexperience with MLOps Tools and deploying code on Cloud Platformsor Standalone Systems
  • Team player withexcellent written and verbal technical communication skills and anMS/PhD in engineering or quantitativediscipline
