JobSummary:

SD experienceas consultant with complex and multiple projects (both completeCore

template design build / validationImplementation rollout and support) focusing onPricing.

Should have strong hands experience onconfiguration of SAP SD Module for order typesbilling.

Types Item category Pricing Taxationand should be able to conceptualize and

mapvarious business strategies using SD module.

Main SAP expertise will be on SAP SD (Focusing on Pricing)integration with CRM SAP

Processes covered andSAP skills mapping.

Capacity to challengepartners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship

with them. Exposure to SAP CRMprocesses.

FunctionalCompetencies:

Operational business experience (or goodawareness).

Substantial business experience inSales marketing logistics Management in Largefirms.

Hands on Customizing experience onmanaging order to cash order process.

VeryStrong understanding of SAP SD Pricing module.

Hands on Experience on configuration of rebatesprocess.

SD Expert and understanding of LEPSCSmodules is a must.

Areasof Responsibility:

Highest level of expertise on bridge on his/her area. On demandsupport to Global Business.

Process andOperational Divisions Teams as well as partner in charge ofadministration of

data canters (databaseadministration upgrades performance)

Highestexpertise in analysing new business requirements and proposing bestsuitable solution.

Expertise in writingfunctional specification for FRICE change requests and work withdeveloper

in testing thesolution.

Accountable of Core issues escalatedto level 3. Ensure that tickets are properly respondedto

fixed tested and followsup those until theyare properly closed according to processdefined.

Support provided is functional(analysis feedback recommendation and interactionwith

AM factory…). Customization anddevelopment activity will be handled by AM andSolution

factories.

Analysecontent of releases on his/her area and recommend best organizationas far as testing

is concerned. Liaise withregional / local support teams and testing factory to ensurethat

release validation process is doneproperly.

Analyse challenge validaterecommendations and actions of partners (AM Solution MDand

Testing factories) on his/herarea.

Liaise with Global Data Excellence andBusiness Process Leaders organization regarding

problem solving and enhancement.

Contributereview and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification.Contribute to testing and

Validation.

Support deployments (scoping designlocalization testing Go Live transition to AM)

SAP and bridge functional knowledge onarea.

Responsibilities asaLead:

  • Technical Exposure: SD Expert and understand LEPSCSmodules: Know Basic concepts of RICEF objects shouldbe able to explain technical details and have Knowledge ofIntegration between Functional modules.
  • Communication and SolutionProvision: Effectively communicate and provideappropriate solutions to business and conveying solutionfeasibility and any limitations in achieving objectives smoothly.
  • Team Management:Assess the capabilities of the team and distribute work accordinglyidentifying strengths and weaknesses to groom team membersappropriately.
  • KnowledgeSharing: Establish a knowledge center throughregular knowledgesharing sessions fostering a culture of continuouslearning and development within the team.
  • Enforcement of BestPractices: Enforce SAP Best Practices rigorously toensure consistency and efficiency in development processes.
  • Daily ScrumCalls: Conduct daily scrum calls to coordinateactivities address challenges and ensure alignment with projectobjectives.
  • PipelinePlanning: Plan the CHR/work pipeline ahead of timeevery week to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
  • StakeholderCommunication: Provide soft escalation tostakeholders on dependencies and productivity maintainingtransparent and proactive communication channels.
  • QualityAssurance: Monitor and ensure highqualitydeliverables from each member of the team maintaining standards ofexcellence in all project outputs.
  • TeamAvailability: Monitor and ensure the availability ofteam members during work hours optimizing resource utilization andproject timelines.
  • StatusReporting: Regularly update the status tracker andprepare governance decks with accurate status updates presentingthem to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • SLA Adherence:Strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring timelyand quality delivery of projects as per client requirements.
