We are seeking a highly motivatedand experienced Product Management Executiveto join our dynamic team and contribute tothe success of our RAPBot platform.Role Overview: As aProduct Management Executive you will play a critical role in thedevelopment and management of our RPAplatform. You will be responsible for understanding customer needsdefining product requirements and workingclosely with crossfunctional teams to deliverinnovative solutions. Your coding experienceand product management expertise will enableyou to bridge the gap between technicaldevelopment and customer requirements.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Understand market trends competitive landscape and customer needsto drive product
strategy androadmap for the RAPBot platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback understand painpoints and identify
opportunitiesfor product enhancement.
  • Defineand prioritize product requirements based on customer feedbackmarket
research and businessobjectives.
  • Work closely withdevelopment teams to translate product requirements into technical
specifications and ensure timelydelivery of highquality features.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback tovalidate product
functionality andusability.
  • Provide producttraining and support to internal teams customers and partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) andanalyze user data to measure product
success and identify areas forimprovement.
  • Stay up to date withindustry trends emerging technologies and best practices in RPA
and product management
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 yearof coding experience preferably in JavaScript & Python
  • Minimum of 1 year of product managementexperience
  • Strong understanding of RoboticProcess Automation (RPA) concepts tools and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyzecustomer requirements and translate them into clear and conciseproduct specifications
  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to effectively collaboratewith crossfunctional teams and present complex ideas to bothtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing productsthroughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to makedatadriven decisions.
  • Selfmotivated and ableto work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelors degree in computer scienceEngineering Business or a related field. An advanceddegree is a plus.
  • Productmanagement certification or relevant industry certifications aredesirable.
