KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tomeet the companys staffing needsincludingboth immediate hires and longterm talentplanning. Manage all aspects of therecruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing tointerviewingselection andonboarding. Work closely with departmentheads and hiring managers to define job requirements develop jobdescriptionsand determine selectioncriteria. Implement innovative sourcingtechniques and leverage various recruitment tools and platforms toattract adiverse pool of qualifiedcandidates. Oversee the candidate experienceensuring a positive and engaging process from initial contactthrough tohire. Leademployer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation asan employer of choice. Analyze recruitmentmetrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitmentstrategies and makedatadrivenimprovements. Manage relationships withrecruitment agencies and other external partners asneeded. Ensure compliance with all legal andregulatory requirements related to recruitment andhiring. Provide training and guidance to therecruitment team fostering a culture of continuous improvementandprofessionaldevelopment.
Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Manager Talent Acquisition Manager orsimilar role with a strong focus onendtoendrecruitment. Indepth knowledge of fullcyclerecruiting and employer branding techniques.Familiarity with social media resume databases and professionalnetworks for sourcing candidates. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engageeffectively with candidates andstakeholdersat all levels. Strong decisionmaking skillsand the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment. Bachelor s degree in HumanResources Business Administration or related field. Additional HRcertifications(e.g. SHRM CIPD) are aplus. Proficiency in HRIS systems andrecruitment software.
