We are currently hiring for a QA Engineer (C#, Selenium) to join our team on WFH Mode

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • 6+yrs of exp. in Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for web applications using C# Selenium testing framework.
  • Automate test cases to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Identify, record, and thoroughly document defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback on potential risks.
  • Conduct regression testing to validate software quality and stability across multiple releases.
  • Continuously enhance and optimize test suites to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in software quality assurance with a focus on C# Selenium testing.
  • Strong proficiency in C# programming language and familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated on the latest QA trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
  • Experience testing mobile applications is a plus.
