We are hiring for our client SkillLabServices.
JobSummaryWe are seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Senior Talend Developer to join ourteam in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experiencewith Talend Big Data solutions and Talend Studio including metadatacreation configuration and troubleshooting. The role requires adeep understanding of ETL processes Big Data basics and advancedknowledge of Spark Batch and Spark and advanced SQL. This positionoffers an excellent opportunity to work on cuttingedge projects andcontribute to the success of our datainitiatives.ResponsibilitiesTalendDevelopment: Developimplement and maintain Talend Big Data solutions using TalendStudio. Create configure and troubleshootmetadata within Talend Studio. Design anddevelop ETL processes to extract transform and load data fromvarious sources into targetsystems.Big DataManagement: Utilize TalendBig Data components to manage and process large datasets. Implement Spark Batch and Sparkprocesses to handle big data workloadsefficiently. Optimize big data processingand ensure scalability andperformance.ProjectCollaboration: Work closelywith crossfunctional teams including data engineers data scientistsand business analysts to understand data requirements and deliversolutions. Participate in project planningestimation and delivery ensuring adherence to timelines and qualitystandards. Provide technical guidance andmentorship to junior teammembers.Troubleshooting andSupport: Identify and resolveissues related to data integration performance andscalability. Conduct root cause analysis forany datarelated problems and implement correctiveactions. Ensure data quality and consistencythroughout the datalifecycle.

Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency inTalend Big Data solutions and Talend Studio including metadatacreation configuration and troubleshooting. Strong experience withETL processes Big Data basics Spark Batch and Spark andSQL Experience:5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Talend development and bigdata management.Communication: Strong verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with team members andstakeholders.ProblemSolving: Excellent analyticaland problemsolving skills with a keen attention todetail.Adaptability: Ability to work in adynamic environment and manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously.
