Manufacture Engineer will drive the process of optimized, work with projects team to set up proper selection of automation parts, accessories and layout. Qualify the automation process according to the standard. He or she need to have the capability to interpret customer requirements on the automation point of view ,design and execute all automation needs of different valves. He will act as core driver for automation package for valves right from project enquiry to final execution of automation . 

Manufacture Engineer will have the accountability to work with external partner including not limited to application engineer, product engineer, QA engineer and field service engineer to provide the solutions to meet customer’s request, preparing proper database to share and ensure automation products selection and performance are properly validated. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Take lead in new set up for automation and support to qualify new technician or assemblers.  Collecting customer requirement from application team , and select automation and accessories for valves automation assembly , to meet latest standard and customer’s request.  Understand pneumatic/electric/electro hydraulic actuation application and layouts and have the ability to work with R&D to prepare right proposal.  Support assembly line, work with related team to ensure the automation of valves running smoothly.  Take lead for the selection of automation equipment's, verification and final execution and Test to prove the quality, put on innovation of production test to reduce various errors and keep consistent.  Support production/QA for the trouble shooting in automation.  Work with manufacture leader and CIP to drive the lean manufacture concept. 

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree or above and minimum 8 years' experience in complete valve automation.  2D 3D & Assembly of Parts in Solid Works. On Hand Exp in AutoCAD/solid works  Familiar with valve actuation and knowledgeable in pneumatic/electric actuator and automation packages.  Knowledge on EN 15714 which specifies the actuator design requirement for attachment of ancillaries such as limit switches, positioner, position transmitter, solenoid and/or manual operated valves, adjustable flow control devices, and safety devices.  Reviews & interprets customer technical specifications and industry codes and propose functional & cost-effective solutions for automation of valves based on standard/fit-for-purpose offerings.  Perform selection of automation package with accessories using customer data and choose the right automation for the application.  Reviews and approves automation documents, including specifications, drawings, MEL (Master Equipment List), DBI (Data Base Information), design documents and procedures.  Responsible to ensure all automation scope for assigned project meets customer requirements and is delivered on time.  Provides expert technical support to manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, test and installation activities. Technical focal point for all communication with production and internal project team.  Works independently to establish design requirements, conceptualize, plan and execute technical deliverables.  Provides leadership and guidance to team of engineers, designers and support production for assigned project.  Self-motivated and self-starter, learning ability and hardworking.  Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills.  Good English communication skills (verbal and written), have the ability to draft the test result(reports/drawings) in professional language.  Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role are proficiency in 3D modelling software and familiarity with industry regulations and standards.  Be effective and work collaboratively, technical/engineering orientated thinking.
