• Design and implement disasterrecovery and backup solutions
• Provide technicalexpertise and support for MongoDB Atlasusage
• Automate routine database tasks andprocesses
• Perform database migrations andupgrades
• Document database architecture andprocesses
• Conduct performance tuning andcapacity planning
• Stay updated with MongoDBbest practices and industry trends
• Collaboratewith vendors for support and issueresolution
• Participate in oncall rotation andincident response
• Contribute to the developmentof databaserelated policies andprocedures
• Provide training and guidance toother team members asneeded

Requiredqualifications

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
• Proven experience in MongoDB and Atlasdatabase administration
• Understanding of cloudservices such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Experiencewith database security and compliancestandards
• Proficiency in scripting languageslike Python Shell or JavaScript
• Ability todiagnose and resolve database performanceissues
• Strong knowledge of database backup andrecovery strategies
• Experience in automationand configuration management tools
• Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills
• Abilityto work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
• Familiarity with DevOps practicesand tools
• Certifications in MongoDB or cloudplatforms is a plus
• Proven problemsolving andanalytical abilities
• Knowledge of data modelingand schema design
