About the department
The HR department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for designing strategies for Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Mobility, Reporting, and Analytics. The Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) department, located in Bangalore, supports the global HR function in achieving its strategies. As an HR Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality service and optimizing processes.

The position
As an HR Professional I, you will have the following responsibilities:

Edit and prepare videos using Adobe Premier Pro. Publish videos and photos on the external career site. Provide administrative support to recruiters and Line of Business (LoB). Manage and maintain tools and deliver data that supports the recruitment process. Develop and continuously improve processes and standards, including implementing and training the process in your own area or across the organization. Proactively seek to optimize recruitment processes and develop new reporting dashboards.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Limited degree of independence in connection to the above. However, as innovation is critical in respect to LEAN, including continuous optimization, employees are expected to be proactive and take an active part in the People Operations GBS, Bangalore. Proactively seek to optimize recruitment processes and develop new reporting dashboards. Provide updated information on requisitions and candidates in used systems. The job requires cultural awareness and the ability to communicate with stakeholders with a diverse cultural background.
