Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at Cemech Lexury Paints. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and persuading them to make a purchase. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Basic knowledge of the paint industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Identify and qualify leads, and maintain a customer database
  • Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide support as needed
