Title: HR Representative Jr.

Summary: This position will be responsible forproviding the HR support and leadership for dedicated plants. Thisposition manages initiatives related to organization and managementteam effectiveness and organization design. This position will alsodrive the common execution and implementation of HR processesacross the facility / ies. This role will be part of a globalbusiness unit in electromechanical instrumentation reporting in tothe Sr HR Manager.

Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities:
In conjunction with theSr HR Manager develop HR plans to support the achievement ofbusiness objectives and achievement of desired organizationalculture. Drive common HR talent processes and provide onsitesupport for all employees. Consult with management on a variety ofHR and business related issues both strategic andoperational.
Partner with the Sr HR Manager and facilitySenior Leadership teams to translate strategy and ensure alignmentto the vision. Additionally the incumbent will manage daytoday ERstaffing and compensation issues in partnership with managers andCOEs.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge ofHR management components such as training compensation performancemanagement change leadership and organizational design.Demonstrated application of those skills and partnership with HRCenters of Expertise would be a benefit.
A proven trackrecord of disciplined action and execution in Human Resource roles.In those roles there should be demonstrated skills and proficiencyin the following areas: ability to persuade and influenceeffectively at multiple levels of an organization strong teamworkand proven skills communicating effectively. The ability to managerelationships through understanding of environment and needs isalso expected in these HR roles.
The incumbent shouldhave some project and process management skills and strongconsulting skills. Experience working with Leadership Team membersand employees working from a variety of locations.
Strong HR process orientation (Compensation Talent Mgmt Engagementetc).
Employee relations experience; experience workingwith employees to rollout processes or policies resolve issuesetc.

Education and/orExperience:
At least 3 years of HRprofessional experience at least 2 years in a generalistrole.
Minimum Bachelors degree. Masters in HumanResources or Business preferred. Strong experience in amanufacturing environment preferred and knowledge of the medicaldevices industry would be a benefit.
