.Net Project Manager with Cloud experience
Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as .Net, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Insurance/BFSI Domain exposure will be important
Good to have/Preferred :Agile Coaching Abilities As a Product Manager you will understand business goals, technical feasibility and customer needs. You will coordinate all strategic conversations and priorities with our clients while managing the scope While reaching desired outcomes. You will lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams. You?ll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow. You have deep experience in building RPA products and have worked in complex product building context. Key Accountabilities :
Work with clients product managers and executives to define roadmap and prioritize features.
Define and create user stories with well detailed steps and acceptance criteria's Expertise in working with various client stakeholders and product team.
Define and prioritize re.quirements based on data - highly analytical, strong attention to detail.
Understand backend or 3rd party vendors interfaces as required for the product.
You have strong understand of Agile and Design Thinking principles.
You are able to guide front-end, back-end and design teams to delivery high quality products.
Effectively communicate and manage shifting business priorities during the course of a project.
Have built RPA products products with big engineering teams - Computer Science background a plus Experience in Insurance industry Or BFSI S/W development
Manage the end-to-end planning and implementation of large projects by effectively handling People, Process, Project and Client KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Schedule and Scope.
Keep up to date with the market trends in technology and leverage the same for designing and implementing solutions .
Collaborate with the concerned stakeholders at the client side in initiating the project and defining Scope.
Define Agile delivery methods of the project i.e. from requirement gathering till implementation
Work closely with the concerned stakeholders in creating the project statement of work, project mission, goals, estimations, tasks, resource requirements and early warning indicators
Create the project plans (in terms of scope, cost, quality and time), track the project plan and take required actions to address the deviations.
Ensure status reports of the project are generated and updates shared with the relevant stakeholders
Upon project closure, initiate and implement the appropriate project closure process (including updating of the project history database) .
Obtain project level client feedback and take relevant actions.
Create awareness of quality processes and ensure adherence to the same.
