- Ensure compliance with all regulatoryand ethical standards in patientcare.
- Doctor of Medicine(M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from anaccredited medical school.
- Completion of aresidency program in neurosurgery.
- Boardcertification in neurosurgery.
- Licensure topractice medicine in the state ofemployment.
- Proven experience in performingcomplex neurosurgical procedures.
- Excellentdiagnostic and decisionmaking skills.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonalabilities.
- Commitment to continuous learningand professional development.
- Ability to workeffectively within a multidisciplinaryteam.
