The Assistant ManagerTalent Acquisition will be responsible for developing andimplementing recruiting strategies sourcing candidates throughvarious channels organizing and managing recruitment eventsconducting interviews and managing the recruitment documentationprocess. Additionally the role will involve overseeing new employeeinduction and providing support for learning and developmentinitiatives. The ideal candidate should have a good understandingof industryspecific recruitment trends diversitybased recruitmentpractices and competitor mapping. Building strong relationshipswith department heads and stakeholders as well as coordinating avariety of interview processes will also be keyresponsibilities.CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate mustpossess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HumanResources and should have at least 58 years of experience in talentacquisition preferably in the Noneindustry.RequiredSkills:
