Weare looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative tocontribute in generating sales for our company. Candidates shouldbe able to handle incoming and outgoing calls in a polite and clearfashion. Past experience is mandatory. You will be responsible forclosing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customerrelationships. An effective telesales representative must be anexcellent communicator and have superior people skills. They mustbe comfortable presenting products or services over the phone aswell as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help thecompany grow by bringing in customers and developing business.Responsibilities:
  1. Contactpotential or existing customers to inform them about a product orservice using scripts
  2. Answer questions aboutproducts or the company
  3. Ask questions tounderstand customer requirements and closesales
  4. Direct prospects to the field sales teamwhen needed
  5. Enter and update customerinformation in the database
  6. Take and processorders in an accurate manner
  7. Handle grievancesto preserve the company s reputation
  8. Go theextra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate futuresales
  9. Keep records of calls and sales and noteusefulinformation

Requirementsand skills:
  1. Provenexperience as telesales representative or other sales/customerservice role
  2. Proven track record ofsuccessfully meeting sales quota preferably over thephone
  3. Good knowledge of relevant computerprograms (e.g. CRM software) and telephonesystems
  4. Ability to learn about products andservices and describe/explain them toprospects
  5. Excellent knowledge ofEnglish
  6. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  7. Cooltempered and able tohandle rejection
  8. Outstanding negotiation skillswith the ability to resolve issues and addresscomplaints
  9. English & Hindi languagesare mandatory.
