We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiterwith bench sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidatewill be responsible for sourcing recruiting and placing ITprofessionals particularly within the bench sales domain. This rolerequires strong communication skills a deep understanding of the ITindustry and the ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified IT candidates forclient requirements focusing on bench sales positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent throughvarious sourcing channels.
• Screen andinterview candidates to assess technical skills experience andcultural fit.
• Develop and maintainrelationships with candidates to ensure a positive experiencethroughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients tounderstand staffing needs and provide timely solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize offers with candidates includingcompensation packages and start dates.
• Staycurrent on industry trends market conditions and emergingtechnologies.

Qualifications:

• 24 years ofexperience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on benchsales.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologiesroles and market trends.
• Excellentcommunication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.
• Proficiency in applicant trackingsystems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
