  • OracleBI Publisher Depth knowledge in BPM workflow Approval Engine(Approvals workflowsDOA).

  • Experiencewith business requirements technical analysis and design codingtesting and implementation of customization within softwareenvironment

Gatherbusiness requirements through business processworkshops

    • Analysisdesign configure and development solutions for Oracle procurementrelatedapplications.

Experience

  • Minimum3 years of Oracle fusion experience related to SCMmodules.
  • Minimum7 years experience working with Oracle or nooracle procurementmodules.
    • 5years working with implementation of procurementmodules.
    • 2years working with supporting end users of Oracle procurementmodules.
  • Abilityto continuously coordinate with multiple parties and supervisorswhile maintainingindependence.

Provenability to be selfdirected and operate effectively in a fastpacedhighenergyenvironment.

  • Providefunctional support for ERP procurement applications mainly OracleFusion.
  • Identifiesand applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving productimplementation and integration obstacles andproblems.
  • Managefunctional requests from end usercommunity.
  • Definefunctional requests priorities write functional specifications andcoordinate developments with technicalteam.
  • ReviewOracle fusion quarterly functional updates understand map to thebusiness needs test/validate cross functional and deployment themupon businessconfirmation
  • Designand develop OTBI reports and write basic data exactions queriesusingSQL
  • Supportand manage all procurement and Inventory related integrations(oracle and thirdpartyintegrations)
  • Establish/definereconciliation process and reports and support the business usersduring monthend and yearend reconciliationprocess
  • Designand define process wise custom fusion roles and provide the dataaccess asappropriate
  • Shouldwork with Oracle support team for applicationbugs/enhancements.
  • Shouldencourage the business to use Oracle standard functionalities adreports.
  • Mappingbusiness requirements and translating these requirements intoOracle Applications functionalspecifications.
  • Developunit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing of thesystem enhancements or customsolutions.
  • Identifydata conversion requirements and assisting buyer team to performdataconversion.
  • Monitoroverall functioning of processes in Inventory transactions andphysicalinventory.
  • Handlingcosting issue (Standard Average andFIFO).
  • Workwith Oracle to resolve servicerequests.
  • Leadand direct the following phases of system lifecycle:
  • Reportsbuild and customization based on end userrequirements.
  • Trainthe end user community on systems whereapplicable.
  • Toparticipate in audits on use of systems. Detect and collect issuesimplement action plan and coordinateactions.
  • Adhereand support existing ITIL service management processes such aschange management incident management and problemmanagement.
  • Embraceand adhere to support service level agreements agreed with the endusercommunity.
  • Regularlycommunicate to the users the status of the support or enhancementrequests.
  • Collaboratewith ERP support teams across other domains to ensure timelyresolution ofincidents.
  • Workcollaboratively with project team(s) and end users to develop testand implement Oracle Cloudssolutions.

  • ITILcertified.
  • OracleFusioncertified.
  • 3years experience with servicedelivery.
  • 3years experience with projectmanagement.
  • Knowledgein Oracle Integrations with3rdpartyapplications.
  • Knowledgein Finance modules General Ledger Accounts Payable and AccountsReceivables.
  • Knowledgein Apps Tools like SQL Developer Data Loader and WebADI.
