We are seeking a Senior Software Engineerto redesign and evolve an enterprise platform that processes dataat a very high scale. This role involves writing backend businesslogic building backend features system design/redesign clouddeployment and developing CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate willengage and collaborate directly with client stakeholders anddevelopment teams across multiple geographies. Strong expertise inthe platforms technology ecosystem is required includingJava Spring Spring Boot MicroservicesEventDriven Architecture Kafka AWS RabbitMQand PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Elasticsearch orGrafana is a plus. This is a highly exciting product engineeringopportunity for seasoned software engineers who thrive on workingwith highscale eventdriven multitenant multicloud distributedsystems.
Responsibilities
  • Betechnically handson involved in analysis design and implementationof deliverables.
  • Take full ownership ofassigned features in the product.
  • Discuss andelaborate on functional and nonfunctional requirements with ProductManagement.
  • Develop solution approaches anddesigns with the team and get them reviewed by stakeholders beforeimplementation.
  • Generate artifacts such asfunctional specifications and detailed designs for owned/assignedfeatures.
  • Implement complex features with highquality and follow the TDD process.
  • Communicaterisks and progress in a timely manner to the reportingsupervisor.
  • Mentor other teammembers.
  • Support delivered features bydebugging and creating RCA for production issues working towardsshortterm and longtermfixes.

Requirements
  • 510years of development experience primarily in building products forlarge enterprises.
  • Expertise in Javaprogramming (collections framework multithreading OOP) preferablywith recent Java versions.
  • Proficiency in DataStructures and Algorithms.
  • Expertise in SpringSpring Boot and Microservices.
  • Expertise indatabases preferably Oracle SQL Server orPostgreSQL.
  • Strong understanding of eventdrivenarchitecture and asynchronous messaging particularly withKafka.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills withthe ability to solve problems related to data structures objectmodeling system design andarchitecture.
  • Experience working with at leastone cloud platform preferably AWS.
  • Exposure toElasticsearch is a plus.
  • Handson experience inbuilding concurrent and/or parallelized highly performant scalableapplications.
  • Proven ability to identify rootcauses of complex issues in scalabledeployments.
  • Working experience in SOA and TDDis an advantage.
  • Excellent communicationskills.

MustHaveSkillset
  • StrongComputer Science fundamentals with 510 years ofexperience.
  • Experience in Cloud NativeApplication Development preferably AWS.
  • Strongexperience with Spring Boot Kafka RabbitMQand PostgreSQL.
  • Experience inReactive Programming (Spring Mono/Flux Micronaut Vertexetc.).
  • Exposure to eventdriven architecturewith Big Data.
  • Intermediate to advancedknowledge of Core Java.
  • Excellent communicationskills for stakeholder management and crossteamcollaboration.
