We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to lead our machining plant and drive excellence in production, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, improving efficiency, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the plant operations team to achieve production targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with OEM customers (e.g., Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Mahindra, Hyundai) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Manage and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met, and compliance is maintained
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 15-20 years of experience in the machining industry, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing large teams and improving efficiency
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, quality management systems, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience MUST- Automobile, Machining processes owner & having good knowledge
  • Dealt with OEM Automobile Customers
