About the job
The Licensing Operations team is looking for a Licensing Analyst for aprox. 14 months to oversees and manages all aspects of the administration of new and existing software contracts with customers.
As a Licensing Analyst, you will:
Reviews and assesses software contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, company policies and customer expectations.
Updates internal customer database and maintains associated back-up documentation, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
Proactively identifies and resolves internal coordination issues to meet customer requirements within operational and legal parameters.
Understands and applies knowledge of company policies and procedures to efficiently manage a variety of types of contracts.
Required Qualifications
Two years of related contract administration experience, preferably involving computer software or hardware. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or related field. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications. Developing professional expertise; applies acquired skills and company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable.
