Overview:The Java TechLead plays a crucial role in our organization providing technicalleadership and guidance to our development teams. They areresponsible for leading the design development and deployment ofJavabased applications ensuring they align with business objectivesand industry best practices.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Javadevelopers in the design and implementation of softwaresolutions
  • Provide technical expertise andguidance throughout the software developmentlifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand requirements and propose technicalsolutions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensureadherence to coding standards and bestpractices
  • Participate in architecture anddesign discussions to drive technicalinnovation
  • Implement and maintain highqualityscalable and secure Java applications
  • Identifyand address technical debt and performancebottlenecks
  • Coach and mentor team members tofoster professional growth and development
  • Stayuptodate with Java and related technologies to drive continuousimprovement
  • Coordinate with crossfunctionalteams to deliver integratedsolutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complextechnical issues
  • Participate in Agileceremonies and contribute to process improvementinitiatives
  • Ensure the successful delivery ofsoftware projects within definedtimelines
  • Contribute to technical documentationand knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with projectmanagers to align technical deliverables with projectmilestones
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or a relatedfield
  • 5 years of experience in Javadevelopment
  • Proven experience in a leadershipor mentoring role within a software developmentteam
  • Handson expertise in designing anddeveloping enterpriselevel Javaapplications
  • Proficiency in Java frameworkssuch as Spring Hibernate or similar
  • Strongunderstanding of agile methodologies and modern softwaredevelopment practices
  • Excellent problemsolvingand analytical skills
  • Ability to communicateeffectively and collaborate with crossfunctionalteams
  • Experience with database systems andknowledge of SQL
  • Solid understanding ofsoftware architecture and designprinciples
  • Experience with cloud platforms andmicroservices architecture is aplus
  • Certifications in Java or relatedtechnologies is an advantage
  • Ability to thrivein a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strongdedication to continuous learning and professionaldevelopment
  • Excellent time management andorganizationalskills
