Business Analyst - Candidate will be working on Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking product as Business Analyst - Product Management Group.
The Candidate should preferably be from a banking domain and from a Product based company. Hands-on experience with retail banking operations with lending and/or payments would be preferred. The Candidate should be familiar with banking regulations, RBI guidelines, Tax and Domestic Payments.
Successful candidate will be a technology champion, results driven and passionate about building great products and solutions used by banking industry. He/she should be experienced and hands-on, with the ability to assess different enterprise systems and propose adequate and efficient solutions to prevailing problems.
The successful candidate will be participating in discussions, review meetings with internal as well external teams including banks for the requirements analysis, demos & presentations, QA work including manual and automation testing.
Your Qualifications
MBA/CA/BE from recognised institutions. Banking experience will be added qualifications 6-12 years of working experience with CBS software or equivalent retail banking experience. Ability to interpret a set of functional requirements and develop robust solutions Thorough knowledge of SDLC, software development tools & its applications to business process. Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities, like understanding BRD, FSD writing, giving presentations and Demos. FLEXCUBE Core Banking hands on knowledge would be an asset Passionate for continuous learning, experimenting and applying cutting edge technology and software paradigms Should be dynamic and ready to work on any banking product/moduleCareer Level - IC3
As an integral part of the banking software development team you will be responsible for the following –
Understanding the functional modules of the product you will be working on. Hands on experience in requirements management, requirements design, change management and implementation Working in liaison with internal development and test teams and on site teams User story and Functional specifications preparations, maintaining product collaterals Ability to design end to end User Experience journey Keeping constant eye on regulatory changes impacting core banking and taking proactive actions on the same Working with internal test teams for maintaining product quality. Creating test cases and automating using CI CD. Maintaining high quality standard in your works. Working with remote and geographically distributed teams to enable building the right products, using the right building blocks and making them consumable by other products easily Ensure customer success including delivering solutions/fixes/patches as needed Help build high performance organisation including referring, interviewing top talent to Oracle Open to learn new technologies as per project need and deliver the tasks using the same. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others Open to perform quality assurance related work. Manual Testing will be part of your responsibilities.-
