This role involves collaboratingwith crossfunctional teams to design develop and implementsolutions that enhance our SAPlandscape.Responsibilities:
  1. ABAPDevelopment:
  • Designdevelop test and deploy custom SAP ABAP programs to meet businessrequirements.
  • Perform performance tuning andoptimization of ABAPprograms.
  1. AdobeFormDevelopment:
  • Customizeand enhance SAP Adobe Forms for various business processesincluding invoices purchase orders andreports.
  • Integrate Adobe Forms with backend SAPmodules to generate dynamic and interactiveforms.
  1. BRFImplementation:
  • Configureand implement business rules using BRF to automate decisionmakingprocesses within SAP applications.
  • Collaboratewith functional teams to translate business requirements into BRFrulesets.
  1. WorkforceConfigurationDevelopment:
  • Developand configure workforcerelated functionalities such asorganizational structure job profiles and employee datamanagement.
  • Customize and enhance SAP HR andHCM (Human Capital Management) modules to meet workforce managementrequirements.
  1. IntegrationandSupport:
  • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integrationof ABAP developments Adobe Forms BRF rules and workforceconfigurations.
  • Provide support andtroubleshooting for SAP ABAP Adobe Form BRF and workforcerelatedissues.
  1. DocumentationandTraining:
  • Preparetechnical documentation for ABAP programs Adobe Form templates BRFrulesets and workforce configurations.
  • Providetraining and knowledge transfer to endusers and supportteams.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  2. Proven experience as an SAP ABAPConsultant with expertise in Adobe Form BRF and workforceconfiguration development.
  3. Strong ABAPprogramming skills and experience in developing custom reportsinterfaces and enhancements.
  4. Proficiency incustomizing and enhancing Adobe Forms for SAPapplications.
  5. Experience in configuringbusiness rules using BRF within SAPenvironments.
  6. Knowledge of SAP HR and HCMmodules and workforce managementprocesses.
  7. Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  8. Strong communication andcollaboration skills.
