Ideamasters is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive (B2B) to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will be focused on B2B sales activities, targeting businesses in various industries.

In this role, you will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. You will identify potential clients through prospecting and networking, and develop strategies to convert leads into customers. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be visiting local markets and identify potential customers who want to sell their products on Amazon and Flipkart. Sourcing them and registering them on these ecommerce marketplaces will be your primary task

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven individual who can work independently and is comfortable with field sales activities. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in ecommerce B2B sales. If you are ambitious, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients based on their business needs and fit with our products/services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Ecommerce B2B sales, preferably in a field sales role, 2 years of proven expertise in Onboarding sellers on various ecommerce marketplaces
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to conduct effective product presentations and negotiations
  • Knowledge of the target industry and market
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
