Job Description:

The accounts manager will be responsible forall accounts Finance Taxation & Audit functions of theGroup

PrimaryResponsibilities

1. Managing daytoday accounting operationsincluding including finalization of accounts

2. Ensuring compliancewith accounting standards regulations and companypolicies.

3. Monitoringcash flow and financial transactions.

4. Liaising with auditors tax authorities andother external stakeholders.

5.Attending to Assessments and Appeals with various TaxAuthorities.

6.Managing the Internal AuditDepartment

7. PreparingMIS Budgets and Variances.

1. Preparing data for Financing ofProjects.

2. AnalysingBalance sheet and financial data ofM&A
