We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Solution Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
**Position Summary:**
The Salesforce Sales Cloud Solution Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Solution Design and Implementation:**
Design and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that align with business requirements and goals.
Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including configuring objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
Develop comprehensive solution documentation and provide training to end-users.
**Integration and Data Management:**
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Manage data migration, data quality, and data governance processes.
Implement and manage APIs and middleware tools to support integration requirements.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution capabilities and gather feedback.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
**Continuous Improvement:**
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
Lead initiatives to enhance the overall Salesforce ecosystem within the organization.
**Support and Troubleshooting:**
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
Resolve issues and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
**Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Consultant, specifically with Sales Cloud.
**Certifications:** Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Reporting.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX.
**Soft Skills:**
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
