Job Responsibilities

· Lead the Drive Software HiL Plant Model Development team

· Ensure the commissioning of the models for all the V cycle testing and software releases

· Lead the commissioning of the dSPACE HiL Hardware

· Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external)

· Responsible for People management & career development of the team

· Act as a first point of escalation for all project & business related queries

· As a part of leadership team, ensure alignment & implement project strategy in line with organization strategy

· Lead cross functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as needed

· Flexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions
