JobSummary:

As a Lighting Technician youare responsible for the installation maintenance and repair ofvarious lighting systems including induction lights high masterlights LED lights and street lights. Your role involves ensuringthe optimal functionality and efficiency of lighting systemsconducting routine inspections diagnosing issues and implementingappropriate solutions to maintain the aesthetic and functionalintegrity of lightinginstallations.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. LightingSystem Maintenance andRepair:
   

   • Conductregular inspections and maintenance of lighting systems to ensureproper functioning and energyefficiency.
     
   • Troubleshoot and repairfaults in various lighting systems such as induction high masterLED and street lights.
     
   • Replacedefective components and perform necessary adjustments to maintainlighting systemperformance.
     

2. InstallationandConfiguration:
   

   • Installnew lighting systems and configure them according to operationalrequirements and aestheticconsiderations.
     
   • Collaborate withdesigners or project managers to ensure that the lightinginstallations meet the specifiedrequirements.
     

3. SafetyandCompliance:
   

   • Adhereto safety protocols and electrical standards to prevent accidentsand ensure the safe operation of lightingsystems.
     
   • Ensure compliance with allrelevant regulatory and environmental standards related to lightinginstallations.
     

4. RecordKeeping andDocumentation:
   

   • Maintainaccurate records of maintenance work installations inspections andrepairs.
     
   • Document parts inventoryorder supplies and parts as needed and manage the inventory oflightingcomponents.
     

5. CollaborationandCommunication:
   

   • Workcollaboratively with the maintenance team electricians and otherdepartments to coordinate lighting maintenance and installationactivities.
     
   • Communicate effectivelywith team members management and external vendors or contractors asrequired.
     

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent; technical training in electricalsystems or lighting technology ispreferred.
  
• Provenexperience as a Lighting Technician with handson experience inmaintaining and repairing various lightingsystems.
  
• Familiaritywith the operational and maintenance requirements of induction highmaster LED and street lightingsystems.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
