Job Overview


We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will act as the main point of contact between the company and the clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, with a focus on providing excellent service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in customer relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Attend meetings and conferences to represent the company and build network
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
