Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Take ownership of the overall strategy, planning, and business operations to achieve aggressive revenue targets and business expansion goals. Liaise across functions in plant to ensure maximum efficiency.Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the factory, with a focus on driving sales, improving profitability and optimizing operational efficiency. Key focus on following GMP guidelines and labour management. Managing end to end plant operations including manufacturing, production planning, demand supply planning, inventory management, compliances, labour relationship management, quality, etc.Business Expansion:
Lead the development of long-term business plans to achieve substantial growth targets, including identifying opportunities for new investments and business adjacencies. Monitor & analyse key performance indicators, utilizing technical data analytics to identify areas for improvement.Organizational Development:
Build and nurture a high-performing team capable of scaling with the business, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.Business Improvement:
Identify and lead strategic initiatives to drive business improvement, including benchmarking against industry best practices and implementing process enhancements.Project Management:
Drive end-to-end expansion projects and new investments for the factory and business, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones. Responsible for discipline and motivation in the work force& safety of personnel, facilities and equipment. Responsible for adherence to local laws, especially labour laws, fire and explosives, safety, PCB norms etc. Ensure quality of all products within specifications as per company requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations with a keen eye on technical compliance.
Role requirements
Minimum 10 Years of Extensive experience in leading manufacturing-driven B2B & B2C businesses, preferably in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving profitable business growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets. Strong analytical and team Management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective leadership skills, organizing skills, decision making skills, Costing & Budgeting and Analytical skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Office.Key Personality Traits / Skills:
