This is a transactional role to create hiring requisition/request IDs in the backend tool to initiate a hiring request in team.
Stakeholders from different teams from india region would reach out to take help via Email/Call to submit a hiring request for their team, may have queries related to their request status.
Once a request is raised we do the required validations and create a request on the Hiring tool. We are not involved in the hiring process post the request ID is created on tool.
This is a complete backend operations role which requires the person to process on an average 40-70 transactions in a day. The process is simple but requires the person to process volumes.
Should have good listening skills, ability to understand and learn fast and communicate well with stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Sharepoint, outlook, excel is an added advantage not a must.
Preferred HR background any type of HR related job which help the person relate to this role however this is NOT A HR Role.
Data entry/Admin role experience will do as well
Ok to work from office –( must be in transport boundary)
6months contract. Will be extended basis performance.
Should be able to work against deadlines and be able to work with less supervision
Excellent communication skills needed- Active listening, written and verbal comms.
