• Coordinate and assist inopening/closing duties and ensure that all settings are completedaccording to standards and procedures prior to the start ofoperation

• Assistmanagement to supervise junior team members and casual labor underhis/her leadership/section and to ensure that all tasksassigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time andaccording to instruction and departmentalstandards

• Takeand record restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance todepartmental standards. Reconfirm reservations through phone callsor email on a dailybasis

• Takefood and beverage orders according to guests requirements andpreferences

• Deliverfood & beverage services in accordance to departmentalstandards andprocedures

• Ensurethat all food & beverage are served according to servicestandard

• Upselland promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunityin order to maximize sales revenue. Cross sell other dining venuewhen outlet isfull

• Tryto remember individual patrons names and their preferences toextend a personalizedservice

• Applynecessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety andhygiene standards(HACCP)

• Collectfood and beverage supply requisition ensure that the stockcollected is as perrequisition

• Handleguests complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Reportany complaints incidents or other irregularities tomanagement

• Superviseand assist in assigned work stations activities and oversee theoperation of outlet in the absence ofmanagement

• Assistother Food & Beverage outlets with their operations duringpeak times or whenrequired
