WhatYou'll do?• Data Architecture andDesign:
  • Design and implementscalable data architectures, including data lakes,data
  • warehouses, and ETLpipelines.
  • Develop data models and schemas tosupport analytics and reportingneeds.
• ETLDevelopment:
  • Develop, test, andmaintain ETL processes using Talend to ensure data accuracy,completeness, and consistency.
  • Optimize ETLworkflows for performance andscalability.
• DataIntegration:
  • Integrate data fromvarious sources, including databases, APIs, and third-partysystems.
  • Ensure data is cleaned, transformed,and loaded efficiently into targetsystems.
• Data Quality andGovernance:
  • Implement data qualitychecks and monitoring processes to ensure dataintegrity.
  • Establish and enforce datagovernance policies and bestpractices.
• Collaboration andCommunication:
  • Work closely withdata analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholdersto
  • understand data requirements and deliversolutions.
  • Provide technical guidance andmentorship to junior dataengineers.
• PerformanceOptimization:
  • Monitor and optimizethe performance of data pipelines and ETLprocesses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolvedata-related issues in a timelymanner.


What You willbring?
5+ years ofexperience in data engineering or a relatedfield.Proven experience with Talend for ETLdevelopment and data integration.• TechnicalSkills:
  • Proficiency in SQL anddatabase technologies (e.g., MySQL,PostgreSQL,Oracle).
  • Experience with big datatechnologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is aplus.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousingconcepts and technologies (e.g.,Snowflake,Redshift).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their dataservices.

•Soft Skills:
  • Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strongcommunication and collaborationabilities.
  • Ability to work independently andmanage multiple taskssimultaneously.
