Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration.

13+ plus years of experience in client engagement, project delivery, or similar roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in customer relationships and financial management.

Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Capacity to navigate budgetary considerations and allocate resources effectively.

Proven track record of cultivating and nurturing strong customer relationships.

Blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and interpersonal finesse essential for success in the role.

Certifications:

·Project Management Professional (PMP)

·ITIL Certification (e.g., ITIL Foundation)
