  • Conductdeep technicaldiscovery
  • Build withcustomer business success stories and case studies according tomethodology defined
  • Workclosely with Product and R&D teams to represent thecustomer and ensure deliverables are according to the customerrequirementsspecifications
  • Ability tocreatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy tounderstand manner
  • Perform1stlevel support and triage of client technical issues and createdetailed tickets outlining reportedproblems
  • Fluent in Updatereports Salesforce and all data driven decisionmaking
  • Willingness totravel extensively
  • BA/BSdegree or equivalent preferably with a numeracybase
