ProjectResponsibilities:

Collaboratewith multidisciplinary teams that include design researchers UXdesigners visual designers developers and product or projectmanagers.

Develop visualdesign concepts for digital user experiences that intelligentlyleverage the elements of design (type color layout compositionimagery) that combined work to create a memorable and highqualityuserexperience.

Refine designconcepts ensuring visual design aligns with user expectationsproject objectives and clientsbrand.

Create maintainand organize functional component systems for userinterfaces.

Present work toclients through the lens of a usercentered narrative guidingclients to understand how design decisions impact the intended userexperience.


Leadership & mentorshipresponsibilities:

Guide morejunior designers on the team to understand the subtleties of visualhierarchy and the importance of designconsistency.

Guide morejunior members of the team around project priorities regardingvisual design and delegate tasksappropriately.

Present duringinternal/studio knowledgeshare events to build your communicationleadership and mentorshipabilities.

Some SeniorDesigners will take on formal management responsibilities withdirect reports (including conducting goalsetting career growthcoaching and performance reviews with more juniordesigners)

Role : Senior Visual Designer Mode : Work from Office(5days a week)Location : Pune Type : Contract Experience 2-5 years working withclients on digital products and experiences as demonstrated througha well-designed portfolio that showcases a range of successfulvisual design projects. Project Responsibilities: - Collaboratewith multidisciplinary teams that include design researchers, UXdesigners, visual designers, developers, and product or projectmanagers. Develop visual design concepts for digital userexperiences that intelligently leverage the elements of design(type, color, layout, composition, imagery) that combined work tocreate a memorable and high-quality user experience.
