Develop and implement corrective actions as required.Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in facilities management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to assign tasks and monitor their execution. Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and maintenance standards and take necessary actions to address any deficiencies.Schedule and coordinate AMC and routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
