Job Description:

NPPD Care is a reputable organization that provides psychological support and counseling services to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a Freelance Psychologist to join our team in Bangalore. As a Freelance Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapeutic services to clients, utilizing your expertise in various psychological approaches and techniques.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
2. Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, depending on the client's needs.
3. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.
4. Collaborate with other mental health professionals within NPPD Care to ensure holistic care for clients.
5. Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of psychology to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
6. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

1. A master's or doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field from a recognized institution.
2. Valid license to practice as a psychologist in Bangalore.
3. Proven experience in providing counseling and therapy to individuals with diverse psychological needs.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and administrative tasks.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
7. Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for remote counseling sessions, if necessary.
