Responsibility:

  • Sales of bancassurance through designated bankbranches.
  • Managing a group of managers who areoncall.
  • Banking and business collaboration oneverything from lead generation to policy conversion.
  • Monitoring operations and educating bank leadgenerators.
  • To develop partnerships with theBank that are mutually beneficial and aid in clientacquisition.
  • Gathering and analyzing customerrequirements to improve product pitches.
  • Handling objections and complaints and promptlyaddressing them.
  • Mentoring and guiding newteam members in regards to the necessary deliverables and businessvalues.


Experience:

  • Graduation is Mandatory.
  • Age: 24 to38 Years
  • Excellent Communication andNegotiation Skills
  • Proven record of successwith the entire sales process from lead generation toclosing.
