Responsibilities:
  • Haveexperience in AdvertisingAgency
  • Haveexperience as a TVCProducer
  • Creativemarket research strategy and ideacreation
  • Setting communicatingand maintaining timelines and priorities on everyproject
  • Produce detailed proposals forproductions (timelines location suppliers legal obligationsstaffing and budgets)
  • Plan and executepreproduction production and postproduction operationsmeeting
  • Collaborate with internal team orvendors to ensure adherence to production plans andbudget
  • Provide onsite support for productionsand proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot anyemerging problems on event days
  • Conductpreproduction production and postproduction evaluations and reporton outcomes
  • Support team on production planningbudget strategy and development to organize plannedproduction
  • Other duties asassigned
  • Approving the financial and designaspects of a production
  • Overseeing theproduction process including choreography performances andlighting
  • Managing the postproduction processincluding a performance s overall tone music selection editing andspecial effects
  • Ensuring a project stays withinbudget and on schedule
  • Alwayspush your creativity and beinnovative
  • Think creatively toproduce new ideas and concepts across a wide range of mediaincluding photography and designprograms
  • Prepare rough drafts of material basedon agreed brief
  • Design presentations andmaterials for new business pitches and agencycommunications
  • Be curious aboutsocial and digitaltrends


Requirements:
  • Atleast 2 years experience as Producer in a Production HouseAdvertising Agency or related environment with the capable of ideageneration anddesign.
  • Proficient in AdobeCreative Suite especially Photoshop and Illustrator (seriously notkidding)
  • Ability to managemultiple projects in a fastpaced workingenvironment
  • Proficient in MAC OSX
  • Firm understanding of digital design userinterface user experience and socialmedia
  • Uptodate on new trends and ideologies inthe digital world
  • Be highlycreative
  • Ability to work well in acollaborative environment
  • Ability to developeffective design ideas that are visually captivating andconceptually engaging
  • Experienced ininteractive and graphic design including composition &layout colors and typography
  • Stronginterpersonal skills and a team player with a positive attitude andeagerness to learn
  • Time management : ability tomultitask and prioritize deadlines
  • Versatile indesigns & styles with the passion to pushboundaries
  • Maintain good level of quality andstrong work ethic
