Production Supervisor_Rubber

As a Supervisor in Rubber Composite, you will manage multiple operations such as die/mould preparation, mill operation, extrusion, moulding, and inspection. Your responsibilities will involve planning, enhancing productivity, ensuring quality, and training the team while maintaining adherence to safety and environmental standards.

With meticulous attention to detail, you will revise existing procedures as needed and ensure their implementation within your area. You will provide training or delegate this task to experienced staff, supervise material requisitions, and manage the composite process from raw material receipt to product inspection. 

Utilize your problem-solving skills to implement corrective actions and oversee energy performance monitoring for improvements. Lead daily toolbox meetings, focusing on effective communication and leadership. Supervise production resources to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

With your collaborative working style, you will coordinate operations and support decision-making. You will ensure continuous production by efficiently managing materials and equipment while working closely with other teams. 

Possessing strong organizational skills, you will manage production and labour resources to meet company objectives. You will implement initiatives to reduce absenteeism and improve timekeeping. Additionally, you will report process abnormalities and conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement efforts. 

Key Technical Criteria :

Experience in Rubber Compression Moulding, extrusion Process, 2 roll mill operations  Preferred candidates with experience in Rubber hand lining process and Autoclave experience.  Preferred experience in Grid blasting & Spray Painting .  Experienced in Fabrication, inspection, Mould assembly and rectification  Experience in Composite Processes from Raw material receipt to mild steel reinforcement plate preparation.
This role will be based in Coimbatore & flexible to work in shifts.
