Your Role

As an Senior Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning/design/execution of test plans, test scripts. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the appropriate quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly.

A Day in the Life

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesDesign, develop and execute automation scripts using open source toolsIdentify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needsLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsMonitor debugging process resultsInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutionsTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

What You Need

Proven work experience of 4+ years in software quality assuranceStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processesExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test casesExperience in testing data validation scenarios and data ingestion, pipelines, and transformation processes (e.g.,ETL)Ability to validate data mappings - ETL Transformations, Business validations and Aggregation/Analytical checksStrong working experience in SQL and Must be proficient in writing SQL QueriesAPI Testing - REST/SOAP, Postman, Pycharm, PytestExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development processUS Healthcare Data experience preferably in Value-Based Care and strong healthcare data background - clinical, claims, FHIR, HL7, X12, CCDA etcExperience in reconciling the data from Source to Target
