Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Guidewire Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves configuring Guidewire applications and integrating them with other systems. The job location is flexible, with opportunities available in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore Urban, and Hyderabad.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Guidewire Configuration (Mandatory skill).
• Strong understanding of the insurance domain and related business processes.
• Proficiency in Java programming with knowledge of its libraries and frameworks.
• Experience in Guidewire Integration including ability to integrate Guidewire solutions with external systems effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, enabling efficient management of insurance policies.
• Familiarity with Guidewire ClaimCenter, facilitating streamlined claims processing.
• Expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter, ensuring smooth handling of billing and financial transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of the Guidewire data model for effective data management and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Guidewire applications to meet business requirements and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions for Guidewire applications.
• Participate in the development and testing of new features for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Guidewire application issues.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Guidewire applications by following best practices and standards.
• Document functional and technical specifications for Guidewire configurations and integrations.
• Work closely with insurance domain experts to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and provide mentorship to junior team members on Guidewire tools and processes.
