Sales Executive the key point of contact between an organization and its clients for answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.

A Day in the Life

· Achievingsecondarysalestargetsmonthonmonth(How-bepresentinOTs atleast4timesaweek,4quality salescallseveryday,Keyaccount management,keyaccountprofilesfortop 5 accountsinthe respective territory)

· AchievingFocusproducttargets–bothquantityandvalue–monthonmonth ( How - OTpresence-4times aweek,minimumof 4salescallsperday,collectingdata oncompetitiveproduct usage andtypesof surgeries performed,productdemonstrations,proactiveproductevaluations)

· AccountManagement:DrivingsalestargetsfortheassignedClassofTrade(COT).

· Customerrelationshipmanagement

· Recommendingandorganizingmarketingactivities

· Establishinglong-termmedical-scientific/strategicrelationshipswithKeyOpinionLeaders(KOL’s) andwithrelatedmajor medical associations and academicCentersofExcellence(COE’s)

· Acting as amedical-scientificexpertbetweenCovidienand the medical community through the communication ofmedical-scientificevidence-based data.

· OrganizingCME’s[] and other marketingactivitiesas approved by the marketing teaminconjunctionwiththe RegionalManagers.

· Timelyreportingofweeklyreportsandtrackersforfocusproducts .

Must Have – Minimum Requirements

· 1-4 years of experience is required

· BachelorinScience/BEinBiomedicalEngineering

· PGdegreeinBusinessManagementispreferred

· CandidatewithhighestqualificationasDiplomaordegreefromDistance educationnottobeconsideredfortherole

· ExperienceofhandlingaConceptsellingbasedTherapy

· Exceptional interpersonalskills.

· ComputerliteracyincludingsoundknowledgeoftheMSOfficesuiteof software.

· Willingto travelextensively

· Ideallydemonstratedsuccessinasalesfunctionof technicalequipment.
