• Ensure implementationof preventive maintenance schedule.
• Review theweekly / major shutdown plans.
• Analyze majorbreakdowns and plan corrective actions.
• Interact with OEMs / Consultants for typical plantmaintenance problems and AMC for critical equipments.
• Meet regularly internal customers to take feedback &implement corrective action.
• To ensureavailability to meet production target even after high power tariffstoppages for reducing power cost
• To monitorand review water management.
• Improve theequipment efficiency through regular inspection and maintenance ofequipments.
• Take precautions to arrestleakages wastages of material.
• Demurrage costreduction in clinker fly ash & gypsum rakes
• Implement 5S principles.
• Ensuredoing job right first time.
• Optimize use ofmanpower and material for maintenance.
• Identify & use of surplus inventoryavailable.
• Monitor cost withbudget.
• Inspection of quality ofmaintenance.
• Monitor the mechanicalmaintenance & operation of WT MRH BCCW maintenance &railway track maintenance
• Improvement ofOEE/MTBF/MTTR
• Implementation plan for Qualityimprovement objectives.
