Overview:The SAP FICOSenior Consultant plays a crucial role in our organizationresponsible for implementing maintaining and enhancing SAP FICOsystems to meet business requirements and drive performance. Thisrole is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of financialand accounting processes with SAP modules thereby optimizingfinancial management and reporting.KeyResponsibilities:
  • 68 Years ofexperience in one or more SAP modules.
  • At leasttwo full lifecycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explorethrough GoLive).
  • Understanding of SAP ActivateMethodology.
  • Ability to lead workstreamactivities on a project.
  • Understandsintegration between modules.
  • Leads detailedmodulespecific configuration and master datadevelopment.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplaceto create tickets research notes review release notes and solutionroadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on releasestrategy.
  • Should have sound integration skillsof FICO with MM SD and othermodules.
  • Demonstrated configuration skills inkey areas like Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable General LedgerAccounting Asset Accounting Controlling COPA CashAccounting.
  • Knowledge of validations &substitutions GST configurations Assetdepreciation.
  • Should have experience inhandling month end close activities (P&L & BalanceSheet).
  • Should have experience in writingFunctional Specifications independently and should have worked oncustom solutions build from Scratch toDeployments.
  • Should have sound end to endtesting skills with preparation of test scripts &results.
  • Ability to suggest SAP standardalternatives for new requirements.
  • Experiencein handling/coordinating for any issues in standard SAP raised toSAP Support.
  • Experience in Asset AccountingDepreciation/Amortization of Assets.
  • Handsonwith Project System Module and Integration with FI MM includingProject structure creation WBS element configuration related toBudget allocation and Budget release.
  • InternalOrder related configuration and budgetallocation.
  • Concept of WIP and FullSettlement.
  • Settlement of WBS elements to AUCand Main Asset.
  • Budget structure and settlementprofile.
  • Person responsible assignment budgetcontrol check Project profile mapping budget profilemapping.
  • Lead and execute SAP FICOimplementation projects
  • Configure SAP FICOmodules to support organizational financialprocesses
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP FICObest practices and solutions
  • Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to gather and analyzerequirements
  • Support system testing trainingand documentation
  • Identify and resolve SAP FICOsystem issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Offerstrategic advice on leveraging SAP FICO capabilities for businessgrowth
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants onSAP FICO concepts and projects
  • Stay updatedwith SAP FICO latest developments andadvancements
  • Conduct workshops andpresentations on SAP FICOfunctionalities
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Information Systems or relatedfield
  • 5 years of experience in SAP FICOimplementation and support
  • Proven expertise inconfiguring SAP FICO modules
  • Strongunderstanding of financial accountingprinciples
  • Ability to analyze complex businessprocesses and recommend SAP FICOsolutions
  • Experience in integrating SAP FICOwith other SAP modules
  • Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills
  • Certificationin SAP FICO or relevant SAP modules
  • Knowledgeof SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus
  • Experience inconsulting or advisory role isadvantageous
