Your Role:

As a Software Test Lead on our team, you’ll work with software that rewrites the rules of what’s possible in the pursuit of making transportation safer, greener and more connected. In your daily job you will:

Test Development and execution in the Automotive Infotainment Domain, Telematics, Cluster Design, implement and maintenance of test benches for testing Automotive products Constantly improve the test design and increase the test automation level  Understanding of Product Specifications and perform requirement Analysis Test design, test case generation and test execution on the hardware in loop bench setup Test reporting, defect tracking and supportive functions Define and track KPI for successful Integration & Test scope (ASPICE SWE.5 & SWE.6) with multiple SW scrum teams Drive any failures related to build/smoke test/ integration tests to resolution Plan, monitor and manage your time effectively against your targets Test Bench support Ability to drive the team for test automation of SWE.5 and SWE.6 Regularly attend customer meetings and test drives (including multi-day) Local support of prototype vehicle setups Acceptance drives of systems for test vehicles

Your Background:

+3 years of experience as a Test Lead Bachelor's degree completed. Master's degree (Optional) Hands on experience in Python Programming, C, CAPL, Tcl/tk, LABVIEW, Test Stand Knowledge of software test design, execution, quality process, and testing documentation on SWE.5 and SWE.6. Knowledge of the PDP 2.0 Knowledge of Agile methodology. Knowledge of ASPICE L3. Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, LIN, and ETHERNET Certification in ISTQB (Nice to have) Hands on experience in automation of SWE.5 and SWE,6 Knowledge and application of test methodology. Experience with Automotive Infotainment, Clusters and Telematics Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems. Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management personnel. People management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in significant problems. Business fluent English. Experience in driving the team for automation of SWE.5 and SWE.6
