This is a remote position.

We are seeking for SeniorSoftware Engineer ML Platform to join ourteam.

  • Be an essentialtechnical contributor at a Series Bstage company as itscales

  • Design and implementinfrastructure for ML model management including trainingdeployment andmonitoring

  • Build and maintainplatforms for running ML algorithms atscale

  • Develop systems for A/Btesting performance monitoring and continuous modeltraining

  • Create and manage ETLinfrastructure to support MLworkflows

  • Implement best practicesfor MLOps including version control for models anddatasets

  • Collaborate with MLEngineers to optimize model performance and resourceutilization

  • Ensure the scalabilityreliability and security of MLsystems

  • Stay current with thelatest advancements in MLOps and cloudtechnologies

  • Contribute to thedevelopment of internal tools and frameworks to improve ML workflowefficiency



Requirements

  • 34 years ofexperience in software engineering DevOps or related field with afocus on MLsystems

  • Experience with MLframeworks

  • Experience with cloudplatforms preferablyAWS

  • Experience withcontainer runtime architectures preferablyKubernetes

  • Proficiency with atleast one programming language preferably Python orTypescript

  • Familiarity with CI/CDpractices andtools

  • Experience withInfrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform orCloudFormation

  • Strong understanding ofdistributed systems and microservicesarchitecture

  • Ability to work in afastpaced changing startupenvironment

Nice toHaves:

  • Experiencewith distributed computing frameworks (e.g. ApacheSpark)

  • Familiarity with MLexperiment tracking tools (e.g. MLFlow Weights &Biases)

  • Knowledge of dataversioning and feature storetechnologies

  • Experience withhighvolume realtime dataprocessing

  • Familiarity with datasecurity and access control for MLsystems

  • Experience with cloudcost management and optimization for MLworkloads

  • Modern web tech stacksconsisting of several of the following: GraphQL NodeJS HasuraPostgres

  • Background in orexposure to the audit and advisoryindustry

  • Experience presentingtechnical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders

  • Experience mentoring orleading smallteams
